The space

  • A surface area of 44m2 in total (there are 2 separate rooms)

  • 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 people sharing): double bed 160 x 200cm

  • 1 kitchen/living space: a sleeper couch; fully equipped kitchen; 2 bar-style seating places

  • Bathroom: shower (with a shower grab handle for support), basin, toilet

  • Outside space to sit and eat in the garden

 

NOTE: if you are considering using the sleeper couch for a third person, note that there are only 2 seated places in the kitchen (bar-style seating).

NOTE: if you wish to use the swimming pool, please bring your own swimming towel. Swimming towels are not provided.

NOTE: there is no air conditioning. The apartment remains cool in summer provided the shutters are closed during the hottest part of the day.

Check in/out 

  • Check-in is from 1:30 pm

  • Check-out is before 11:30 am

Not permitted

  • No smoking inside the apartment

  • No pets allowed

  • No children under the age of 12 years – this is a security measure because of the swimming pool

  • No excessive noise (music, parties, gatherings etc.) after 10:30 pm

Nearby amenities 

  • The square (Place de la République) in the centre of town is 750m. away (10 minute walk)

  • The closest bakery is 250m away by foot (3 minute walk)

  • There is a well stocked small supermarkt – ‘Carefour Express’ within a 10 minute walk

  • Limoux train station is 1km by foot (15 minute walk)

Good to know

  • The apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood only a 10 minutes walk to the square (Place de la République) / centre of town

  • The apartment occupies the ground floor of a residential home, but has it’s own entrance

  • The interior has recently been renovated and the space is modern and comfortable

  • The building façade is not yet renovated (and not very attractive!)

  • The garden is a rustic work-in-progress!
